I absolutely love this building with all my heart. I originally had a one bedroom over the main street my first 8 years here. Then the last 2 years, I’ve been in a larger unit above the pool. I must say: both sides of the building are great in different ways, and both provide a nice, enjoyable living environment. Everything is easily accessible, upstairs and down. The trash shoot, the pool, the garage, and the excellent security. Also, the laundry room is always empty which is a plus. My unit also has a fireplace which makes me realize I’ll never have a place without one. The building is also very bright with lots of natural light and is very modern and continuously being updated. Plus, manager is a gem and a pleasure to work with which makes maintenance very timely when needing any repairs.

I moved into the imperial apartments 10 years ago and it has been such a great experience. Maintenance is on top of any issues and love that the complex is clean and kept up. The location is amazing and has everything you need in the area. If you're looking for great complex, definitely consider Imperial Apartments.

I have lived in the Imperial Apartments for almost 10 years. When I moved back to California from Florida, I spent a lot of time looking for an apartment and after careful consideration I chose the Imperial Apartments. I am very glad I made that decision. I am very happy here. The property is very well maintained, it’s always clean, and whenever there’s an issue, I call management and they take care of it right away. Additionally, my neighbors that live in the building are all great... And I love the location.

I have lived here going on 13 years and I find it to be very homey and comfortable. Management and maintenance staff are very on target; they are professional, efficient and friendly. If an issue comes up, it is fixed relatively right away. The teams keep the building looking great and update as needed. Location is perfect, easy access to Hollywood, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills and Westwood area by going over one of the Canyons. I enjoy living here with having amenities like security entrance and garage, two parking spaces, large laundry facility, elevator and a large pool with fence for extra security if children are around.
